Home
I am a qualified, registered and insured clinical hypnotherapist having trained with the renowned Inspiraology Hypnotherapy Training School.
I love helping people, cats, reading, cooking, singing, nature and gardening, swimming and yoga.
For over 30 years I had a career as a teacher in primary schools and special school teaching including children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
I therefore work with adults and young people and hold an enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service.
I am equally open to working on-line via TEAMS or in person. In person I generally use the lodges at Werrington library but can also do home visits.
I am also looking to run small group relaxation and mindfulness session there in the near future so please look out for any events on my Facebook page Calm Wave Hypnotherapy.
